Chronic Weight Management (Obesity/Overweight)

Zepbound® (tirzepatide) is FDA-approved as an adjunct to a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity for chronic weight management in adults who:

Have a BMI ≥30 kg/m² (obesity)
OR
Have a BMI ≥27 kg/m² (overweight) with at least one weight-related condition, such as:
- High blood pressure
- Type 2 diabetes
- High cholesterol

Compound Tirzepatide Options

In some cases, customized compounded tirzepatide may be available for eligible patients.

Compounded medications are prepared by licensed U.S. compounding pharmacies
They are prescribed by a licensed clinician to meet individual patient needs
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved, but are prepared in compliance with federal and state regulations
